Almond Kernels

Almond kernels are real almonds, peeled and dried into thin slices. Almond kernels will perfectly complement not only your dessert masterpieces, but also muesli, soups and even fish dishes! The aroma, superior appearance and taste of almonds are the secret of the success of almond kernels.

Recipes:

1. Almond tart with apples.

Decoration: 3 tbsp almond kernels, 2 sprigs of mint. Dough: sugar 90 g, butter 120 g, vanilla sugar 1 tsp, flour 200 g, pinch of salt, water 2 oz. Filling: apples 2 pcs., yogurt 300 ml, eggs 3 pcs., vanilla sugar 2 tsp. sugar 50 g.

110 g of butter, 150 g of sugar, 3 eggs, 90 g of almond flour, 40 g of wheat flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of vanilla sugar, 4 cups of almond petals, butter and flour for greasing the mold.
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until smooth. We add flour, baking powder, salt, almond flour, milk. Whisk again.
Grease the connecting form with oil and sprinkle with flour. We put the dough in the form, smooth it and sprinkle it with almond petals.
We cook at 40 degrees C for 180 minutes. To prevent the cake from burning on top, after 10 minutes of baking, cover it with foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Check the readiness of a wooden toothpick.
