How to cook:
1. For one serving, mix 1/3 of the bread mixture, 1 chicken egg, 140-150 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Add 2 tbsp. l. vegetable or melted butter. Mix the oil well into the mixture. Keep the dough for 5-10 minutes. The consistency of the dough should be similar to condensed milk.
2. Preheat the pan. Attention! Pancakes are fried without oil in a dry, well-heated pan over medium heat. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. If you put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into one portion, you will get 8 pancakes. Dough for 1 pancake.
Pancakes can be served with syrup, condensed milk, honey, whipped cream, sliced bananas, seasonal fruits and berries, soft cheese with greens, vegetable caviar. As a decoration, powdered sugar, mint leaves or basil are ideal (especially basil is useful for raspberry jam).

Instead of sugar, you can use natural sweetener "Erythritol" POLEZZNO. You can also use natural syrups or honey as a sweetener. When preparing dough with erythritol or liquid sweetener, it is worth considering that the amount of milk or water should be reduced to 120 ml. If the pancake sticks to the pan, add 1 tablespoon oil.
