Ingredients: whey protein concentrate, milk, skimmed, inulin (food fiber from chicory), natural flavors, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum, KMC), antioxidants (ascorbic acid), natural color, sweeteners (sucralose). The product can be used as an additional protein source.

Instructions for preparation: pour 140 ml of water or milk into the container of a mixer or blender, add 60 g of the mixture (3 measuring spoons), mix for at least 30 seconds until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then pour it on the cream and put it in the freezer for 2-4 hours, depending on the volume of the container used. Note that the mixture increases in volume during whipping.
