Green buckwheat is buckwheat that has been peeled and germinated in the old way without heat treatment. Such buckwheat retains all the natural nutrients.
The foothills of Altai are home to corn, where it has grown wild for 3,500 years. When corn is grown in the fields, it never gets sick, it does not need to be sprayed with pesticides and mineral fertilizers, and it is well stored, maintaining its germination and nutritional properties for many years.

Green buckwheat seeds are rich in various micronutrients and are recommended for phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, cobalt deficiency. There is also potassium, calcium, boron, silicon, vanadium, iron, copper, zinc, molybdenum. The seeds contain organic acids - malic, citric, maleic. There are vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, C, E, a small amount of vitamin K and carotene, and this is not a complete list. During germination:

• The amount of vitamin C increases from 1.49 mg / 100 g to 17.32 mg / 100 g;
• fiber content - from 3.5% to 4.4%;
• the total content of antioxidants - from 155 mg / 100 g to 383 mg / 100 g.
